I have been watching GBBO in Australia and been inspired by the bakers to make my own puff pastry and try fruit art. I have absolutely no training in pastry cooking, not even at school!
Top tip
Use apricot preserve to hold the apple to the home made puff pastry and to secure the puff swirls.
