About this Bake

The pastry is a hot water pastry which held the pre-cooked mince and onions perfectly. My husband used to enjoy somehing similar to this pie in Australia as a young man out with his biker mates.

Top tip

Chill the pastry well and cool the mince and onions well before adding the cool mash.
