About this Bake
This is millionaire's shortbread with a nice thick layer of caramel and dark chocolate on top. It's the first time I've ever made it and I'm really pleased with the result! Making caramel is surprisingly scary (you must not stop stirring it), but it turned out really well.
Top tip
Warm up the knife before cutting it up to avoid cracking the chocolate.
