About this Bake
I made this for a birthday party, and it was met with high praise. The result was a lovely mixture of dark chocolate and sharp minty flavour. Perfect as a palate cleanser or an indulgent treat.
Top tip
Don’t be too conservative with the peppermint extract in the icing. The flavour should be noticeable so be sure to taste it while mixing.
