About this Bake
This bake is all about the fruit and the creme patisserie which gives a lovely soft texture and a sharp and tangy bite with the kiwi and raspberries. It's not too sweet which I love, and the gluten-free pastry is thin but with a nice bite.
Top tip
The fruit makes the tart most eye-catching, so make sure you slice the pieces carefully and work hard on the concentric arrangement. Also, when making gluten-free pastry, always make sure the base is nice and thin, otherwise it can be a little domineering.
