The search for the best patisserie team in Britain returns with Liam Charles, joined by a new host for 2023, Ellie Taylor, as they welcome pastry chefs hailing from hotels, patisserie shops and small ventures from around the UK.
As always, each week they face two days of testing challenges judged by two world class pâtissier experts, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden. Which teams will earn themselves a place in the next round, and which team will be going home?
As the competition ramp ups, so does the pressure and the difficulty of the challenges for the teams, all of whom want to stay in the competition. But only one can be crowned the winner of Bake Off: The Professionals 2023.
