About this Bake
This is a three layered vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. I used the 'watercolor technique' and topped it with a rich chocolate ganache drip.
Top tip
To get maximum drippage, pour the ganache onto the middle of the top of the cake. Then take your offset spatula and guide it to the edges, rewarding you with beautiful drips all the way around your cake.
