Chocolate and cherry flavoured muffins inspired by the 'Black Forest Gateau' topped with whipped double cream, grated chocolate and a fresh cherry.
Top tip
Once baked, make holes with a skewer, and add a little fresh fruit juice on top. Let the flavour of the juice run into the muffin (cake or bun).
