About this Bake
This is miniature fun at its finest! A delicious light bite to accompany a mid-morning cup of tea or a delight to showcase at a birthday. I will be adapting these in the future to make all sorts of creations! A nostalgic reminder of the angel slice.
Top tip
The key to success when baking with mini loaf tins is to ensure they are well greased! I greased the sides well and made my own DIY parchment to fit the bottom of the tin.
