About this Bake
This was my first Bake Off since being diagnosed with coeliac disease so everything was gluten free. There was a chocolate cake and also a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. I watched Bake Off with my housemates and they all loved the bakes!
Top tip
Handle cakes carefully — gluten-free bakes are a lot more temperamental!
