About this Bake

I have been completing the technical challenge each week, which I thoroughly enjoyed! This is my attempt at dessert week and loved going retro. Prue’s raspberry blancmange is so fresh and creamy. Thanks Prue! Really enjoyed this week.

Top tip

Don’t leave the blancmange tin in the hot water for more than a few seconds otherwise it was turn into mush.
