About this Bake
This is a red velvet cake with rolled fondant for brain tissue. It was served with a vial of sticky blood glaze (raspberry jam) and people were encouraged to cut their slices with a scalpel!
Top tip
Seive the jam so there are no seeds in your sticky blood glaze.
