About this Bake
This is cinnamon caramel apple on top of crème pâtissière in a crumble-edged brandy snap.
Top tip
Bake the brandy snaps in small batches so you have time to mould them before they set. Use a firm-textured apple so they keep their texture whilst cooking in the caramel.
