About this Bake
Inspired by German Week, I had to try baking a Prinzregententorte. I'd never baked one before, but the recipe was easy to follow and it tasted sensational. I will definitely bake one again for a special occasion.
Top tip
Chill really well after layering the sponge and chocolate cream filling before covering with ganache.
