About this Bake

I followed Paul Holllywood's recipe exactly and watched the arlette masterclass to help with the difficult parts. 390 F oven (no fan) 6 minutes on first side, 4 minutes after flip.

Top tip

Thoroughly coat both sides of cut arlettes in powdered sugar prior rolling out. Continue to recoat both sides and flip after every few rolls to prevent sticking to the bench once large and thin.
