About this Bake
This was for my son's 10th birthday. He loves pineapples, but not to eat, so this was a chocolate cake cunningly disguised as a pineapple! It was made from two hemisphere cakes and one round cake, sandwiched together, with fondant wrapped around. I could not get its crown to stand upright!
Top tip
If you want something to look like a pineapple, buy a pineapple.
