About this Bake
I’m 11 years old and I made this burger cake for my uncle's birthday. It’s an illusion cake like Steph’s chicken burger.
Top tip
To create this illusion cake I used a plain sponge. The burger was sponge covered in dark chocolate and the cheese, lettuce and tomato were made from fondant icing.
