About this Bake
This was a typical boozey fruitcake recipe. The half snowflakes were very effective. You can't tell from the picture but i sprayed it with edible silver glitter which made it shimmer like actual snow. This cake got a lot of positive comments!
Top tip
Cut out the snowflakes in advance to give them time to harden. This makes them easier to attach and also to cut in half to have half snowflakes sticking out of the cake.
