About this Bake
This was for my friend who is very fond of The Deep, so I made a fish cake for her birthday. The "sea" is made with blue coloured chocolate buttercream, and the fish and lettering are piped chocolate.
Top tip
Use powdered tints for chocolate work, as liquid colours can make chocolate set very quickly.
