About this Bake
Not a big fan of cinnamon so I used only 1 teaspoon and a teaspoon of nutmeg. Personally I think mine were a tad thick, but they are soooo yummy.
Top tip
Have a very thin turner ready for the moment you have to flip them mid-cooking, quite tricky when they are warm and floppy!
