Never again! Nice enough, but really not worth the effort.
Top tip
When you do the 2nd & 3rd book turns, damp the surface very slightly to make it stick together. Also, the sugar & cinammon layer would also benefit from being laid on a thin brush of butter to make it stick so it doesn't unroll when cutting & rolling.
