About this Bake
Dairy-free cupcakes for our nursery to celebrate my son's second birthday. A couple of the children there are intolerant to milk and I wanted everyone to enjoy a cake.
Top tip
You'll need more icing sugar than you think for the buttercream. Also, glitter sprinkles and spray-on edible glitter shimmer are the way forward.
