About this Bake
I made this cake for my mum's birthday because she saw it on the bake off! The apple roses are handmade and for my first proper bake I think it's turned out well!
Top tip
Once the mixture is made and in the oven, it needs 45 minutes in total to cook but place a piece of baking paper on top of it to stop the top over cooking before the inside is done.
