About this Bake
My husband challenged me to bake along to the Bake Off. This was my take on Madeira cake! I think it needed two chillies as opposed to just one. But it still tasted delicious!
Top tip
Sprinkles 2 tablespoons of caster sugar on top of the cake before it goes in the oven, this creates a sweet crunchy topping.
