About this Bake
This was my wedding cake that I made last year. It took me six days to complete and survived two earthquakes whilst stacked! I incorporated a little of me, my husband and my daughter in this. Top tier - fruit cake, middle - gluten-free carrot cake and bottom - chocolate!
Top tip
Always assemble stacked cakes at the venue rather than transporting them stacked!
