About this Bake
I attempted Arlettes on Saturday so I could understand the technical bake when I watched. An online recipe stated "buy a packet of puff pastry..." Understandably, the GBBO recipe was much trickier!
Top tip
Be patient with your pastry and chill your hands as well as the pastry itself.
