About this Bake

I have made Gluten-free Cranberry, Almond and White Chocolate Biscotti. They might be gluten-free, but they still have the taste and texture of proper biscotti! :)

Top tip

When baking gluten-free, remember that gluten-free flour requires a little more moisture than normal flour.
