About this Bake
This was made from red, white and blue, almond-flavoured Victoria sponge doughnuts, topped with vanilla cream, blueberries and raspberries. The hidden filling consists of a raspberry compote, layers of vanilla cream, a layer of crushed meringue and finally blueberry compote.
Top tip
For more of the delicious filling, use larger doughnut moulds. This also helps with the stability of the bake for pictures!
