About this Bake
I made this cake with my mother for my nan for Mother's Day. It was a vanilla and red velvet layered cake. Covered in chocolate icing. Around the outside are chocolate sticks tied together with a ribbon. Topped off with chocolate dipped strawberries.
Top tip
Stick the strawberries on skewers to dip into melted chocolate and to help stand them up when drying.
