About this Bake
I made this in the winter holiday to get that summer feeling in my bones. It has got three layers of sponge cake sandwiched between blueberry mascarpone with orange flavour icing on top. This is the first time I have tried making it.
Top tip
Add orange juice instead of lemon. It tastes much better.
