For health reasons, I'm having to control my sugar intake, so I was happy to see this savoury option and had to try it. Making fresh pesto was well worth it and the flavours together with the dips was amazing. It's a great party piece and I recommend that you try it.
Top tip
I'm trying to avoid white flour for health reasons so I made mine with wholemeal self-raising flour. It came out really well, but the dough was "heavier" than if using white flour. If you want to use wholemeal, I suggest only doing two layers instead of three as in Liam's recipe.
