My stepson's 4th birthday was approaching so he told me he wanted a chocolate batman cake,I didn't want to make it too complicated so decided on a simple three layer chocolate fudge cake with 'batman blue' icing,a bat belt and bat sign. He loved it!
Top tip
A turntable is a must for achieving a smooth finish when icing your cake!
