I made this for MY daughter Laura’s birthday. Coincidentally, it was also made by Laura on the show!
Top tip
Use soft brown sugar instead of caster sugar for the caramel sauce, as mine didn’t change colour using caster sugar. Make the sauce first as you need to let it cool before loading on top.
