This was a cake for my He-Man-obsessed two-year-old's birthday - a very proud mum and dad for making this one!
Top tip
Use the right size tin and getting the base right makes the decorating easier. Rice cereal marshmallow mix is really really sticky! The stand makes the cake even if it was thrown together in five minutes so the castle can stand!
