I made these Chelsea buns on a Saturday afternoon and they were great fun - and not nearly as difficult as I expected them to be!
Top tip
Keep the roll really tight to stop them falling apart. I also used Paul's recipe from the Showstoppers book and it made too much orange icing (although it was delicious!)
