About this Bake
I thought I'd attempt a cake in honour of my son's first birthday. Whilst I'm not a stranger to baking, icing and sugar work is far from my forte!
Top tip
Use cocktail sticks to keep the icing animals together, but don't forget to tell guests that they contain cocktail sticks!
