My wedding cake - two chocolate cakes and a coffee cake, covered with chocolate ganache and surrounded by a dark chocolate collar and fresh raspberries.
Top tip
When melting chocolate, I microwaved it for about 30 seconds rather than using a bain-marie. Much quicker and works perfectly every time!
