About this Bake

This is your traditional pumpkin roll with a cream cheese filling. The roll features hints of cloves and nutmeg in addition to the pumpkin and cinnamon to give it a little warmth.

Top tip

Roll your cake using a towel that has been dusted with icing sugar while it is hot, straight from the oven and let it cool completely! This will help prevent cracks once it has cooled and you roll with your filling inside!
