About this Bake
This is a three-layered Victoria sponge, filled with strawberry jam and covered in Russian buttercream, topped with fresh berries. My office colleagues loved it - every last crumb was gone within an hour!
Top tip
I use condensed milk instead of icing sugar to make my buttercream - delish! It turns out silky smooth and pipes even better.
