Vanilla Madeira filled with swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry jam stacked and carved into handbag shape before ganache and fondant. All accessories made with modelling paste and a leather effect texture mat used on the fondant.

Use ganache instead of buttercream for a great smooth finish under your fondant.
