I made this cake for my little girl's 7th birthday :)
Top tip
I followed Mary Berry's victoria sponge recipe obviously! I made two victoria sponges and then piled them all on top of each other :) My granny always said to add a little boiling water to the mixture to keep it light and fluffy too.
