About this Bake
I baked this cake for my brother's 21st birthday. We grew up skiing at Vail in Colorado and I based my decorations off of Vail.
Top tip
Accidents can still turn into a great bake. This bake did not go to plan when, after carving the cake, parts of the mountain fell off. I was able to place the fallen pieces elsewhere and give the cake a more mountainous look.
