About this Bake
A two-tier Victoria sponge with vanilla buttercream filling and strawberry jam. It was decorated with fondant and piped royal icing (for the tree). I made this for the school Bake Off competition.
Top tip
If the head falls off your fox, you can stick it back on with royal icing! Also, work really hard so your mum wants to tidy up after you (I'm 13 years old).
