This is my "Away with the Vegan Fairies" cake.

Top tip

For my vegan cakes, I always use almond milk, apple cider vinegar, bicarbonate of soda and vegetable oil. This ensures a beautiful moist cake and an even rise. I also always set the oven to 110°C for a slow and even rise on the cakes.
