About this Bake
This cake was made by me and my friend for my mummy's birthday. It has 5 layers of honey cake with coffee to moisten the cake and caramel cream and walnuts in between. The chocolate collar was inspired by the Bake off.
Top tip
Leave in fridge, with plate on top, in order to compress the layers.
