About this Bake
Just a simple sponge layered cake with strawberry and buttercream layers, buttercream icing and then decorated with a watercolour rainbow glaze effect.
Top tip
Don’t get too excited and put the icing on while it’s even slightly warm, otherwise the layers start sliding off!
