About this Bake
My bake is a tiered cake that is quite simply not so simple. On the inside, it's a mixture of carrot, pumpkin and sweet potato sponge with a cream cheese buttercream filling. For the exterior, we used orange-flavoured buttercream accompanied by a flower design.
Top tip
Don't be afraid to experiment. Every mixture of flavours was an experiment before it was discovered - if you don't try, you won't know.
