About this Bake
This was a birthday cake for one of my friends at work. It's a salted caramel, peanut butter and chocolate cake.
Top tip
This cake had three thin layers to it. When in a rush, cooking your cake in three thinner layers takes less time to bake and less time to cool. It also gives you a bit of satisfaction to see the layers when cutting into the cake.
