About this Bake
This bake was one I made especially for a friends house warming. Baking is something I like to do on the side of my regular job.
Top tip
Avoid using cold eggs. Measurements are key. Centre of the oven is key. Always let cake layers cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting them onto a rack. Keep a cake moist and make frosting it easier by spreading.
