About this Bake
We used Paul Hollywood's recipe for vasilopita. It was so yummy! The cake was very light in flavour and it was perfectly baked. It was a thick/dense cake, but it was delicious and elegantly decorated. A good crumb as Prue would say.
Top tip
Bake the lemon and orange peels first because they take the longest. Also be sure to butter the bundt pan thoroughly so the cake doesn't stick.
